Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
Blooms and Barrel Return and Cancellation Policy
At Blooms and Barrel, we are committed to providing premium artificial plants and planters to enhance your space. To ensure transparency and a smooth shopping experience, please review our policy below.
1. Checking Your Order

Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your artificial plants and planters.

If there are any issues (e.g., damage, defects, tampering, or incorrect items), notify our delivery team or contact our support team immediately at the time of delivery.

Artificial Plants: Returns, cancellations, or exchanges are only possible at the time of delivery. Once the order is accepted, no further changes, returns, or refunds will be possible.
2. Cancellations

Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and processed within 10–45 days, depending on your credit card issuing bank.

Large and Extra-Large Plants: If you cancel or request an exchange at the time of delivery for reasons other than product quality, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

Custom Fiber Planters (Non-White):

Cancellations are not allowed once production has started.

If changes are requested, we can issue store credit only, minus customization costs (30–50 AED per pot).

Special Sale Items:

Cancellations before delivery will be refunded as store credit only.

Once delivered, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed.

3. Returns and Refunds

Artificial Plants: Once accepted at delivery, no returns or refunds are allowed.

Pots and Planters: Refunds or returns are only accepted if the items are unused, untampered, and in original packaging. Once packaging is removed or the items are used, no refund or return is possible.

Special Sale / Promotional Items: Returns are not accepted. Cancellation before delivery will result in a store credit refund only.
Refund Process:

If a return is approved at the time of delivery, the item will be inspected immediately.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–45 days, depending on your credit card issuing bank.
4. Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

For items delivered and then returned, two delivery charges (initial and return) will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect all items upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, tampered, or incorrect, contact us immediately at delivery so we can resolve the issue.
6. Security of Payment Information

Blooms and Barrel will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.

All transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway.
